Hotel is good and is located near to KSRTC bus stand and front office staff is cooperative. Hotel restaurant also makes delicious food.

A nice restaurant g resort for family 1 day stay in munnar. they are available night also for any matter. they're very support. slightly expensive in restaurant I will not recommend that if don't have complimentary food try to eat from outside.

Deluxe Room with Mountain view. while the booking time they includ fridge in amenities in the room.But even after my request they didn't provide it. Restorant is very good.

very good experience.Very neat and clean hotel.Breakfast variety for North Indian is very limited.Restaurant not open all the time

Room was clean and well maintained. Only drawback is we can't order food from restaurant in morning we have only option to buffet as well as if we order coffee or so past 10:30 am they say they don't serve the same as breakfast time is over. As well lift was not working for 2 days my room was in 3rd floor for youngsters it's okay to use stairs if middle aged or old means it's very difficult.
